RENTAL CONDITIONS ANDORRA
1. Purpose of the Contract
This contract regulates the provision of the sports equipment rental service offered by Pic Negre, including:
- Ski and snowboard equipment.
- Cycling equipment: conventional bicycles, electric bicycles (e-bikes) and mountain bikes.
- Mountain equipment: baby carrier backpacks, trailers, poles, protections and other accessories.
The characteristics, categories and availability of the equipment will be described on the Pic Negre website and visible in the physical stores where the service is provided.

3. Reservation Conditions
3.1. The reservation will be valid once the process has been completed on the website or in the store, including the express acceptance of these conditions and the full payment of the service.
3.2. The customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these general conditions, available on the website and visible in the store.
3.3. The customer agrees to provide truthful and complete information during the reservation process. In the event of errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, corrections may require manual management by the Pic Negre team.
3.4. Online prices may be lower than in-store prices. There are no intermediaries or additional management costs when booking online.
3.5. Availability and equivalences
The reservation guarantees the provision of the rental service on the contracted dates. In the exceptional case of temporary unavailability of a specific model, Pic Negre may provide equipment of an equivalent or superior category. If it is not possible to provide the contracted rental, the refund conditions described in section 8 will apply.
4. Online Reservation Process
To make a reservation you must:
- Select the store where you wish to collect the equipment.
- Choose the dates and duration of the rental.
- Select the equipment according to level, size or specific needs.
- Make the payment using the available payment methods.
- Download and print the reservation voucher sent by email and present it in the store.
ℹ️ If the customer does not present the voucher in the store, the reservation may be validated by name, email or reservation number in the system.
ℹ️ If a product or size is not available in the online booking engine, the reservation must be managed directly with the store through official channels (phone / email). Availability will be confirmed once the customer receives written confirmation and payment has been completed.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1. Prices are public and detailed in the Rates section of the website and in Pic Negre stores.
5.2. Payment is made at the time of reservation by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure payment gateway managed by Andbank.
5.3. Financial charges, commissions or surcharges resulting from the use of cards issued outside the country will be entirely borne by the customer.
5.4. Banking data is encrypted and does not pass through Pic Negre systems; the company does not store or manage the customer’s banking information.
5.5. The reservation is considered final after the effective charge and the reception of the confirmation email including the collection voucher.
8. Cancellations, Modifications and Refunds
8.1. Cancellation by the customer
The customer may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the rental and will receive a full refund using the same payment method. Cancellation may also be requested by email at info@picnegre.com indicating the order number and the necessary information for proper identification. Cancelling the order through the website does not imply the immediate refund of the amount paid. Cancellations within the 48-hour period will be refunded 100% using the same payment method. To process the corresponding refund, the customer must send an email to info@picnegre.com indicating the order number and the necessary identification details.
8.4. Refunds
Once the cancellation or applicable refund has been approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The estimated time frame is 3 to 4 working days, although it may vary depending on the issuing bank's processing procedures, which are beyond Pic Negre’s control.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible once the corresponding request has been received and reviewed by our team. The processing time may depend on when the email is received and processed, as well as internal procedures and the issuing bank’s operations, circumstances beyond Pic Negre’s control.
14. Acceptance of the General Conditions
By completing the reservation process and clicking the Accept button, or by signing the collection document in store, the customer expressly and unequivocally declares that they have read, understood and accepted these General Rental Conditions in full.
